What Went Well Today we continued our research on various immigration groups. Students have been learning various research skills such as creating a bibliography. In math, we struggled on our Mango problem. It was very hard. In socials, we began our visuals for our immigration story. Hope everyone is having a restful weekend. Just a reminder that parent-teacher conferences are this week Thursday (3:30-7:00) and Friday (9-1). Registration opens up Monday morning. In math, we went over fraction to decimals and decimals to fraction. In science, we started to create our mazes. We had one of the students today read Harry Potter. We learned how to write a bibliography for our research. We worked on our math problems and used our problem solving strategies to solve it.
